Return Policy

• All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt at the same branch of purchase.
• All exchange items must be in their original condition. LUSH SKIN reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item is found to be abnormal.
• All exchanges must be made within 3 days of purchase and only for items of equal or higher value.
• Items purchased with more than 30% discount are not eligible for exchange.
• All costs related to the exchange, such as shipping fees, are the customer's responsibility.
• All purchases are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
